No, we do not provide support for concerns relating to children under 18.
Unfortunately, no. At present, we only provide support for services regulated by the CQC in England.

During your 30-minute Zoom/Teams or telephone consultation, we'll have a supportive discussion to advise you on managing your circumstances. We'll also ask questions to help us prepare the complaint wording.

We do not provide legal advice as we are not a law firm. If your situation may lead to legal action, we recommend seeking professional legal counsel.
Yes. We draft clear, professional complaint wording for you to review and send to the care provider. This ensures your concerns are expressed clearly and formally. You will receive the draft wording up to 3 days after the consultation meeting.
If the issue remains unresolved, we can support you further, including helping you escalate concerns to external organisations (such as the CQC or Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman).

Yes. We hold an Enhanced DBS Check for working with vulnerable adults, giving families reassurance of our integrity and suitability to support them.
It can be. In many cases, a clear and well-structured complaint is enough to resolve matters. If not, we can provide continued support, including helping you escalate concerns to third parties to hopefully ease any stress you may experience.
Yes. All consultations and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
