Provide three possible dates and indicate your preferred time periods (morning, afternoon, or evening). 2Manage Concern offers consultations 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

2. Confirmation of Appointment
You will receive a confirmation email with:

The date and time of your consultation

A Zoom or Microsoft Teams link (or confirmation of a telephone appointment)
3. Initial Discussion
During your consultation, 2Manage Concern will:

Listen to your concerns

Assess your situation
-
Inform you whether it can assist you further
4. Proceeding Further
If 2Manage Concern can help, to confirm you wish to proceed, you will be provided with a link to book and pay £25.00 for a 30-minute session.
5. Supportive Discussion and Advice

Once payment is received, 2Manage Concern will:

Arrange a convenient date and time

The 30-minute confidential consultation can be delivered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or telephone. During this session, you will receive clear, practical guidance tailored to your concern(s), and a proposed plan for us to support you with engaging effectively with the care home or homecare provider.​​​

6. Important Information

2Manage Concern do not provide advice regarding:

Children (under 18) receiving care

Care provided by the NHS
-
Adults receiving care from providers registered in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland

Funding for care — for this visit Paying for Care

7. Fees and Pricing
​​​​
(a) Initial consultation to assess whether we can assist:

(b) A 30-minute confidential consultation to provide practical guidance tailored to your concern(s), and
a proposed plan for us to support you with engaging effectively with the care provider:
£25.00
​
(c) Follow-up consultations, if needed:
£10.00 per 15 minutes
(Meetings under 15 minutes are rounded up to 15 minutes)
​
(d) Representation at meetings (Zoom/Teams/telephone)
for the first hour (including meeting preparation):
£60.00
​
(e) Additional time thereafter:
£40.00 per hour
(Billed in 15-minute increments of £10.00, rounded to
the nearest quarter hour)​
8. Continued Support
​
In many cases, having professional support, the provider will engage meaningfully and concerns are resolved.

If not, 2Manage Concern can provide ongoing assistance, including:

Drafting clear and effective complaint correspondence

Support in escalating your complaint to external organisations
-
Representation in meetings (via Zoom/Teams or telephone) with the care provider and other agencies
Our goal is to ensure your concerns are addressed professionally, respectfully, and effectively.
