2Manage is a People Management training provider that offers Online (Zoom) Health & Social Care Courses. These courses are tailored for health & social care leaders and frontline workers, rather than being generic employment guidance. The training sessions are small, relaxed, and interactive, with no more than six delegates. Evening and weekend sessions are available upon request. No more struggling to fit in training around shift patterns.

Additionally, all courses can be exclusively delivered to a team of staff at a single organization. The training is based on 35+ years of people management experience.
